2 cups kale or spinach, soaked in just boiled water, 1/2 cup
1/2 tsp. lions mane powder
3/4 cup almond milk, or other milk
1 inch piece turmeric root
2 tbsp. hemp seeds, or chai seeds
pinch black pepper
1 granny smith apple, cored
1 tbsp. cacao nibs, optional
Blend all ingredients in a blender until well blended.
For extra immune support, add 1/2 tsp. reishi mushroom powder.
