Lions Mane Green Smoothie ~ Vegan

Start the day with a warm nourishing nutrient rich drink. Add Lions mane mushroom powder for all day energy and increased focus.

Extensive research found that lions mane protects against dementia and can reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression. If that isn’t enough, they help to repair nerve damage.

Season/ Autumn/ Winter

Prep time: 10 minutes

2 servings

2 cups kale or spinach, soaked in just boiled water, 1/2 cup

1/2 tsp. lions mane powder

3/4 cup almond milk

1 inch piece turmeric root

2 tbsp. hemp seeds, or chai seeds

pinch black pepper

1 granny smith apple, cored

1 tbsp. cacao nibs, optional

Blend all ingredients in a blender until well blended.

For extra immune support, add 1/2 tsp. reishi mushroom powder.
