All Seasons: Use seasonal fruit
Prep time: 7 minutes
2 cups organic spinach
1 cup organic kale, stems removed
1 cup nut milk or coconut milk, recipe for nut milk below
1 tsp. grated turmeric
1 tsp. grated ginger
1 tbsp. raw cacao nibs
1 tbsp. hemp seeds
1 tbsp. chai seeds,
1 tsp. goji berries, or powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cardamon
1/4 cup green grapes
1/2 - 1 cup hot water, in cooler weather for blanching greens
Add On ~ For gut health, add 1/2 cup goat yogurt
Pour hot water just before boiling over spinach & kale. It is better for digestion in cooler months. Add to blender with all the other ingredients. Blend well. Enjoy...

Homemade nut milk : 1 lb of raw nuts such as almonds, cashews, macadamia nuts, soaked over night in filtered water. Drain , then add soaked nuts to high power blender with four cups fresh water. Blend well. Keep refrigerated for 5 days.
For Almond milk, you might want to pour it through a cheese cloth or sieve, for creamy milk. Press down with wooden spoon. Discard remaining pulp.
