Keto Cheesy Garlic Bread

This keto garlic bread is loaded with fresh herbs and garlic, all baked together in under 20 minutes!

Prep time: 10 minutes

Bake time: 18 minutes

Serves 6

2 cups almond flour

7 oz ricotta, strained to release moisture

3 eggs, or egg substitute

3 tbs. unsalted butter, melted

3/4 cup parmagiano

2 cloves garlic, shaved thinly

1 tsp. garlic powder

1 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. black pepper

1/2 tsp. fresh parsley, minced

Flaky salt to finish

Preheat oven to 350

Method ~

Mix all the bread ingredients in a food processor.

Lay out on greased 9x13 baking Pan. Spread out evenly in a rectangle form. Sprinkle a bit of salt, shaved garlic, and melted butter on top. Check bread in 15 minutes, bake for another 5 if not golden brown.

Cut into small squares, or rectangles. Drizzle melted butter & garlic to taste. Sprinkle with fresh parsley on top.

Serve along side my keto Curried Chicken, for a complete satisfying meal.
