Avocado Red Radish & Cucumber Salad

Season: Summer

Prep time: 15 minutes

Total time: 20 minutes


2 organic ripe avocados

1 english cucumber, or other

4 red radish

1 lime organic, juice, and zest

sea salt

pinch of red pepper flakes

a few basil leaves

1/4 cup fresh parsley




Rinse avocado. Cut in half, starting at the top, then work your way around with the knife.


Twist apart. slice off the tips on both sides, then peel the skin off. Cut the avocado in small chunks.


In a medium bowl mix together avocado, 1/2 the lime juice and zest, salt to taste, pinch of red pepper flakes


Mash up and enjoy.
